1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange Only: We offer exchange only (no returns, refunds, or credit notes).
  • Time Frame: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
  • To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
  • Be in original condition (unused and unwashed).
  • Have all original tags and barcode stickers attached.
  • Be sent along with a valid payment screenshot.
  • Be non-sale/non-offer item. (Products marked as “sale” or “offer” in product details are non-exchangeable).
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Sale/Offer products (as mentioned on product page).
  • Products with shrinkage and colour fading complaints.
4. Return Shipping Instructions
  • Customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.
  • Return shipping charges will only be reimbursed by Unique Collections if there is:
  • A manufacturing defect
  • A visible stain
5. Exchange Terms
  • Size exchanges are allowed, but We do not guarantee color accuracy or guarantee.
  • No fixed timeframe is guaranteed for exchange deliveries, as shipping is handled by third-party services.
6. Manufacturing Defect or Damaged Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and share pictures for review.
  • Upon verification, we will cover the shipping and provide an exchange.
7. Delivery Timeline
  • Pune District: 3 to 7 days.
  • Rest of Maharashtra: 3 to 10 days (depending on location).
